Local and seasonal products processed using traditional culinary techniques were used for dinner. The comprehensive setting of each dish enabled the simultaneous impact of many stimuli.
Nearly one hundred specialists from various industries were involved in the project. Half a year of work inspired by two elements ended with a dinner on International Earth Day 2015 in an underground restaurant built for the project, in the middle of a field near Wrocław (Milejowice).
