The process involved a group formed by chefs, scientists from the Faculty of Nutrition at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław, students, farmers, photographers, filmmakers, sound engineers, craftsmen, architects, bartenders, and baristas. Over four months, participants learned from each other and built relationships based on research work.

 

The project's budget was practically zero – the used products came from the vicinity of Wrocław and were collected by the participants themselves in the forests and meadows or donated by farmers. The culmination of the event was a ceremonial dinner organized in the courtyard of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław. The project diary was published by Kukbuk Magazine.
