The goal of the initiative was to provide approximately 2000 meals for the local community, prepared from natural Polish ingredients. Chefs Tomasz Hartman, Michał Czekajło, and Karol Karpiak crafted snacks and dishes based on Polish culinary recipes.
The visit of our chefs to San Sebastian took place as part of the Thanks Jimi Festival, associated with the annual Guinness World Record for the largest guitar ensemble. In 2016, this event was celebrated not only in Wrocław but also in partner cities of the European Capital of Culture.
